The DFSK EC31 Refrigerator Truck promises rapid cooling performance for its 6,000-litre box alongside a claimed range of 230km.

Just a month after announcing that it has secured sole distribution rights from the SERES Group for DFSK Commercial Electric Vehicles in New Zealand, Hong Seh Evolution has now launched the DFSK EC31 Electric Refrigerator Truck here in Singapore.

The vehicle is now available to view at China's Machinery & Electronics Show Singapore, happening from 22 to 24 March 2023, at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre.

A dedicated Power Distribution Unit ensures high cooling performance in the DFSK EC31 Electric Refrigerator Truck
The refrigerator truck is said to be the first of its kind in the market, with a dedicated power line for the freezer refrigeration system fed from a Power Distribution Unit, as opposed to local vehicles that have a refrigerator box retrofitted onto an internal combustion engine vehicle.

This arrangement allows for what Hong Seh Evolution describes as 'super-fast' cooling performance at temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to 12 degrees Celsius, all within the 6,000-litre box of the DFSK EC31 Electric Refrigerator Truck.

This Power Distribution Unit and its software are additionally optimized and approved by the DFSK factory, so logistics managers can have peace of mind.

Drivers will be able to monitor the temperature in the 6,000-litre box in real time via this inbuilt freezer control unit
The refrigerator box of the DFSK EC31 Electric Refrigerator Truck is further built using fibre reinforced polymers, allowing to be more durable while offering improved insulation, despite being light weight. The box is also said to be resistant to brine, acid, and soda, making it perfect for transportation of foodstuffs.

And if transporting foodstuffs is in your repertoire, you'll be glad to note the vehicle comes with an inbuilt freezer control unit, which will allow the driver to monitor refrigerator temperatures in real-time. The DFSK EC31 Electric Refrigerator Truck comes with a claimed 230km range.

The EC31 Electric Refrigerator Truck is available here at an introductory offer rate of $72,800 (body price, before COE and CVES). Customers will also be entitled a free optional right-side door allowing easier access from both sides. This introductory offer is only available until 30 April 2023.

The DFSK EC31 Electric Refrigerator Truck comes with a three year/100,000km factory warranty, and customers can expect deliveries by June 2023.
