Kaizen Autowerke - Improve your car servicing experience

It is perfectly fine that humans want the best for themselves, and most of the time, you walk into a store to buy the product that you have either seen on advertisements or simply because you think it is the best.
But what happens when it comes to choosing a workshop to service your vehicle?
This decision is usually a hard one, after all, your vehicle is quite possibly the second biggest purchase you will make after buying your home (in Singapore at least).
Kaizen Autowerke, a newly established garage led by William Chan, aims to push these worries aside.
Coming a long way
William started out as an apprentice with Borneo Motors back in the year 1987. After three years, he was promoted to Pro Technician and was assigned to the Lexus division with training received in Japan.
He then became a diagnostic specialist, training instructor and then a high-tech engineer which led a Lexus service team.

In 2005, William joined Bentley Motors where he represented the manufacturer at the principal level as their Regional Technical Support Manager.
During his tenure, William was in charge of resolving complex repair issues for all of the Bentley dealerships located in South Asia and Australasia.
He returned to Borneo Motors in 2009 and was sent to Japan on an exchange programme to take charge of regulations and certifications for all new Toyota and Lexus vehicles, including the legendary LFA.
He finally left Borneo Motors in 2012 where he conceptualised Kaizen Automotive and a year later, it was born.
