Lotus had a busy 2012, from decent efforts in Formula One to opening a new flagship retail store in Regent Street. Yet that has not limited the staff from working on a special Lotus Evora - the Evora 'Sports Racer'.

The Evora 'Sports Racer' is aesthetically enhanced and optimises the use of the mid-engined 3.5-litre V6 sports car either in naturally-aspirated or supercharged version. The 'Sports Racer' is finished in a unique exterior colour with a matching interior. Moreover it is better equipped with highest specifications and the pricing is affordable - for people in Europe that is.

The Evora 'Sports Racer' can be finished in one of four exclusive colours - Aspen White; Carbon Grey; Nightfall Blue; or Ardent Red.
A contrast gloss black highlights key areas like the roof, front splitter, rear diffuser and side sills that provides the Evora with an aggressive stance and a sleek silhouette.

Inside, the cabin is decked with black leather clad premium sports seats with matching red contrast piping and stitching. Optional Venom Red leather sports seats with black contrast piping and stitching is also available.

The Evora 'Sports Racer' comes packed with standard novelties that are usually cost options. Armed with two packs - the 'Sports Pack' provides a sports mode for a sharper throttle response, increased rev limit and a sportier setting for Dynamic Performance Management. The 'Tech Pack' on the other hand provides upgraded speakers and stereo system, a DVD player, a 7-inch touch screen display on top of the usual slew of connectivity for your multimedia devices.

Available across continental Europe, the Evora 'Sports Racer' is priced in the U.K. at £57,900 (S$114,811) for the Evora with 276bhp or £65,900 (S$130,675) for the supercharged 345bhp equipped Evora S.
