Porsche Design has unveiled the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, an exclusive luxury residence set to be located on one of the most prestigious addresses in the capital city of Thailand.
Designed in collaboration with Thailand-based real estate developer Ananda Development that Porsche states is acclaimed for its engineering prowess and meticulous attention to detail, the tower features 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex 'Sky Villas' ranging from 525sqm to 1,135sqm.
The tower will additionally play host to a series of 'Passion Spaces', which will serve as the ultimate luxury garage for residents' meticulously curated collection of cars. Access to these spaces will be provided for via 'The loop', a spiral ramp for cars located at the centre of the building.
The facade of the building, meanwhile, is said to have been inspired by the roof mechanism of the Porsche 911 Targa, and can transform with the flick of a switch, activating a fully automated terrace door system that will offer future residents a seamless blend of outdoor and indoor living.
The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok also makes use of an exposed pedestal structure which takes its shape from the Porsche Mission R concept car, while at the top, the tower will offer a light signature said to be inspired by the iconic lighting designs of Porsche sportscars.
The tower is set to be furnished with exclusive materials and luxury furniture including electrically powered drawers and cabinet doors, as well as high-end customised appliances in its kitchens, while facilities offered include a 25m swimming pool, a performance fitness centre, a spa, a social lounge, and a business lounge.
Construction of the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will start next year and the tower is set to be completed at the end of 2028.
