Jaguar has confirmed that it is developing an all-new entry-level model that will slot in below the XF in its range, as well as an all-wheel-drive version of the XJ

Jaguar design chief Ian Callum has said that the luxurious XJ saloon will be replaced, as the company also looks at new model lines.
