Still a very decent car from Merc
My wife just bought the B160. I had test-driven the car twice for added assurance that the 1.5L engine still posseses acceptable power, before committing.
Overall my assessment is that despite a relatively slow initial pickup, the power kicks in very quickly subsequently at about 20-30km/hr. Having said that, all you need to do is to revv up abit (from being stationary) - about 2,500- 3,000 on the revv and the car would take off reasonably.
All other considerations such as features, styling, design, branding, safety feature etc are plus points for a car of this price range of a luxury conti. - the exterior design of this B-class is especially appealing to me.... Read More
