I am owning a Premio 1.5L, with no keyless feature.

In comparison with other 1.5L cars (Nissan Latio, Syphy, Honda City, Civic, Toyota Vios, Altis) in the market, Premio is considered pretty enormous for its size! However, in terms of width, its pretty short. With such a size, its hard to believe that is is also one of the most fuel economical in the market!

The gas can run up to 18km/litre.

The steering is light and with good control.

Passenger are very comfortable as the seats can decline. In addition, there are lots of leg room for the rear passengers.

In comparision with Allion, the length of the car is slightly longer. The interior is exactly the same and very luxurious (of course, you cant compared this with Merc and european cars). As this is a parallel import, everything is so well built and with precision. As for the exterior, Premio looks more classy and Allion looks more sporty. This is to cater for different target markets.

However, i will still prefer premio as its very classy and looks pretty much like Camry. No wonder people are saying that Premio is the Mini Camry!

Owned 21 months. So far so good. Reaching Malacca with only a quater tank of fuel used. Performance don't feel like a 1.5 lite class. Handling improved after upgraded to 17 inch rims.

I'm a owner of the Toyota Premio 2008 1.8cc model and I'm very happy on the performance and comfort ride of this car. i have owned the car for over 7 months now and i will strongly make strong recommendation to any one who is considering a parallel import Toyota.

As i have owned the 1st generation Toyota Altis for 4 years comparing with my current Premio, this baby is much much more better than the current Altis 1.8 which uses the same engine but in terms of external and internal features, the material used in the Premio is really value for money and besides, it is much more quieter than the any other Japanese model 1.8 of course.

Just like the first person who review the car, Mr hendry, i ended up buying it. Not sure yet on the reliability and handling thus neutral about it. Another doubt on the car would be spare parts support since i had only saw one other premio on the road. The car is quiet and has excellent fuel econoy (about 11.5km/l) despite being a 1.8. Would advice anyone keen on the car to get the 1.8 model. Feature wish, it is top notch. If can resolve the GPS, it would be perfect. The reason i wrote this review is that there is too little anyone knows about this car.. just want to share my views. Great.

When I decided to sell my old 200E Merz, I reviewed several cars within my budget and had decided on one model. However, I was asked to first test drive a Premio 1.8L.... and I ended up owning one now. I like the Premio 1.8L, but am not sure how the 1.8L compares with the 1.5L in terms of value. Paying a lot more for the Dual VVT-i engine. Hope to hear other reviewers' comments.
