BMW -M135i -Best sporty car for the city
The M135i is by far the most responsive and powerful hatchback I have ever driven. In the default comfort mode, the car has more than enough power for our city. The 0-100 dash is phenomenal, you will be really surprised when you floor the accelerator to witness what this car is capable of. Faster than most cars on the road, the price point makes it a more affordable buy for amazing performance. The handling is close to perfect too. The hatchback allows you to seat 4 avg sized Asian adults comfortably. Put in sports mode for the extra punch, but honestly comfort mode is more than enough Singapore roads. I personally like the fact that the car does not draw much attention but gives me the power I need. Take it up north to Malaysia and 220+ kmph is easy peasy!
So far I have zero complaints on this car. Decent fuel economy for a 3 liter engine, great engine and reliability and unbelievable sporty power that always makes you smile when you drive it!
And yes...Don't be shy to take on the Maserati or Jag Ftype at the traffic light...You will be surprised who zips ahead!... Read More

Being a fan of hot hatches, I could not wait to test drive the new BMW M135i. Once the car is started, you could hear the soft rubble of the 3.0-litre turbo straight six engine - nothing too fascinating. It is when you step on the accelerator when you start to grin from ear to ear. The pick-up was aggressive and it seems to keep on going without running out of power. It was that quick before I realized I reach legal speeds. The handling was sharp and being a hatch-back gives more mobility. Suspension was firm and the sport steering was responsive with every turn.... Read More
