Consumer Reviews

The engine doesn't sound as sporty as I would like but I was in the market for a business class executive diesel saloon.
So my priorities were a refined drive, comfortable interior and efficiency. The XF Diesel ticked all boxes.
Whether I'm entertaining visiting friends in Singapore or driving my family up to JB for food and a bit of shopping, the XF does very well in both situations.
The car is fine to drive and loves hugging corners, the steering is accurate and full of feels.

The XF diesel should appeal to a lot of people looking for an executive saloon, with good looks, sensible running costs and great usability.
I personally like how the car looks. Its handsome and slightly aggressive. The interior is quite nice too, well appointed, very executively executed. Its spacious and comfortable as well.
The drive is okay, not great but good. The engine is usable enough, and for intents and purposes a easy car to run, and fuel efficiency is good, although i guess as a diesel its supposed to be.
