Audi Q3 Sportback

I went down to Audi center with the aim to test drive the A3 1.5L but after both my wife and myself saw this car, we couldn't help to take a closer look. I don't think anyone can deny that this car is quite the looker. In fact, this Sportback makes the "Normal" Q3 looks positively mundane. I test drove this car and I was really surprised at how responsive the car is. The sound insulation is also quite excellent. I felt like I was in a bubble when I am in the car. My wife sat at the back and she found the ride to be very comfortable as well. The cabin felt very classy as well with plenty of soft touch materials around. I've read some comments about the jerky gear shift but I didn't sense any of that during my test drive. The car is just chock full of features such as the usual safety features plus auto tailgate and you can do that swiping your leg action to open/close the tailgate which could be handy when your hands are full. Long story short, I was so impressed with the car that I paid the deposit on the spot. Have been driving the Q3 Sport back for the past 2 months, like the look so far but need a 19 to 20 inch RIM to bump up the ride :) So far the only complain is during pick up where sometimes during gear change from 1 to 3, can feel the jerking and RPM ramping up before changing to gear 3. Other than that, quite comfortable and noise level is low. Stock audio speaker seem fine, can accommodate unless you are an audiophile. For driving features, no complain as it come with almost everything. Refer to the likes column. In short Q3 Sport back is a good buy, much more good looking compare to the other conti model especially the price is much reasonable and comes with almost full features that a car should have nowadays. Lastly, I would like to recommend the salesperson that introduce the Q3 to me is Victor Tan who LEFT Audi a month ago :( A very knowledgeable sales that I have encountered based in my car purchase experiences. Victor does not hard sell the car and always providing whatapp response assist within his best availability whenever I have question on car features, financial etc. I have test drive the Q3 several times and each time I can test comfortably as I can feel his patience and sincerity during the test ride. Strongly recommend if you buying car from him in future. He is currently in C&C selling Merc and just last week, he still guide me through on certain Audi driving feature despite he is no longer with premium auto. 2 THUMBS UP from me !!!... Read More
