Editorial Review

Excelling where it counts - in terms of space, equipment, nifty features, and even style - the new Serena e-POWER is as good as mid-sized MPVs come today.

I moved on from a GLB to a serena due to increase of family members.

Having very little expectation but the new drivetrain and chassis outshines my expectation.

It's very refined, quiet and powerful. Handling is also relative good for the size, it was a huge improvement from the older model that I have test drive.

Bought it as it was the cheapest full size Mpv that is sold by local agent(proper warranty) . At the price point with all the amenities and refinement I can't ask for more.

The vehicle is relatively frugal, have been achieving 18-20kml for each journey.

If in doubt, go for a test drive, you will be sold.

Review

Previously had the Serena C27 and was waiting for the new C28 to be launched in Singapore. But the launched was delayed, so changed to the new Honda Stepwgn Spada last year.

When the new Serena c28 was finally launched, without hesitation, booked the new car with Catherine Lai.

Catherine has provided excellent service from booking all the way till delivery. This is the 3rd Nissan car which I have bought from her. She is by far the best sales consultant I have dealt with in more than 30 years of my car purchase experience.

When changed from Serena C27 to Spada, my family could feel more power due to the Honda 2.0 eHEV drivetrain.

Now driving the new C28, the e-Power 2 actually has the same power as the Spada with the 2.0 eHEV. The seats are also more comfortable.

Really happy to be able to switch back to the new Serena C28.
