Regent Motors questionable warranty claims

I bought this car and took delivery of it in Oct 2015. 10 days and less than 500km later. The left hand side running board dropped off. This is a part that is attached to the outside of the car much like the bumpers. The agent Regent Motors won't honor their 5-year warranty claims. No reasons were given. How could it just drop off? At 12000km

The car is now at 12000km. The drive gets better and better. The +/- gear is great for overtaking After fixing, all the electronics are OK. Must comment their subcontractor for fixing the problems without questions. I have installed a car accident video system with them as a result... SMT TRADINGS at Sin Ming Industrial Park 1.
