    BMW Asia and Performance Motors Limited are excited to host BMW Joyfest 2020, a virtual community event for all ages.


    BMW Asia and Performance Motors Limited are excited to host BMW JoyFest 2020 - a series of digital workshops and activities for customers, car enthusiasts and families, free of charge and open for all to enjoy.

    "This year, we're bringing BMW JoyFest 2020 online for all customers and fans to enjoy in the comfort and safety of their homes. They can also enjoy exclusive promotions on the BMW Digital Showroom during this time," said Mr. Arnt Bayer, Managing Director, Performance Motors Limited.

    Learn all about succulents and create your very own story jars with The Green Capsule
    First up are BMW's digital workshops, the BMW Classrooms and BMW Hackathon. BMW Classrooms is a series of presentations on the unique features of the five popular models - BMW 1 Series, BMW X1, BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe, BMW X2, and BMW 7 Series. The first session has already kicked of on 22 June 2020, and can be viewed here.

    BMW Hackathon will go live on Facebook every Saturday this June. BMW's Product Managers will be showcasing a variety of tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your BMW, and the list of topics will be updated every week on the BMW Digital Showroom website. View the previous sessions here and catch the next session on 27 June 2020 here.

    Up next are the virtual workshops, featuring terrarium making by The Green Capsule, and BMW Golf workshops. Learn how to make a terrarium with The Green Capsule in one hour and create a unique gift for a loved one. Only 90 slots available on a first-come-first-served basis for the session on 28 June 2020, 4:00pm to 5:00pm, so interested parties are advised to sign up and register here as soon as possible. Participants are welcome to purchase Open Succulent Terrarium DIY Kits beforehand.

    Daren Lim, an accomplished golf player with many titles to his name, will hold a virtual golf workshop
    The BMW Golf workshops meanwhile, will be led by Daren Lim, a passionate Golf Coach who currently teaches out of Tanah Merah Country Club. Mr. Lim was an accomplished player during his amateur days, winning multiple club championships, regional tournaments, and even holding a national championship to his name.

    Participants also stand a chance to win an extended weekend test drive in their preferred BMW. Again, this event has limited availability with 60 slots for the session on 27 June 2020, 8:30pm to 9:15pm, and registration can be done here.

    Lastly, BMW has launched two social media contests, BMW Sharing Joy and BMW Baking Joy, both ending on 28 June 2020. For BMW Sharing Joy, post a photo or video of a good deed on Instagram with the hashtag 'BMWSharingJoy', tag three friends and get them to share their own good deeds too.

    Alternatively, try your hand at baking BMW cookies for Father's Day by downloading the BMW cookie recipe on BMW Digital Showroom under 'BMW Baking Joy', follow the cookie template provided and post your entry on Instagram with the hashtag 'BMWBakingJoy'. Be sure to allow posts to be seen publicly and stand a chance to be amongst three lucky winners, walking away with $100 worth of dining vouchers.
