Triple Audi R8 LMS GT3 entry at China Endurance Championship finale

A five-car Audi lineup is set to take on a marathon China Endurance Championship (CEC) weekend at the Ningbo International Speedpark, where two 150-minute races on October 17 and 18 will bring down the curtain on the series' 2020 season.

Chinese Audi legend Cheng Congfu joins experienced privateer Francis Tjia in one of two Absolute Racing Audi R8 LMS GT3 entries. In the team's second entry, new Audi customer Jiang Jiawei makes his GT3 debut alongside Bao Jinlong.

>Audi Sport Asia driver Chen Weian joins new Audi R8 LMS GT3 customer outfit YC Racing alongside privateers Xiao Min and Wu Ruihua. Two Audi RS 3 LMS entered by PMU Leo and Pointer Racing complete the Audi customer lineup.

With regular Absolute Racing teammate Sun Jingzu unable to make the Ningbo event, former DTM star and long-time Audi competitor Cheng Congfu will partner with experienced GT privateer Francis Tjia.

Qualifying for the penultimate showdown of the season begins at 4:50pm on Friday October 16, with the first 150 minute race getting underway at 9:30am on Saturday. On Sunday, October 18, a 20-minute qualifying session from 9:10am sets the grid for the season finale which starts at 2:15pm.
