The Lexus LC Convertible artfully blends the unique roofline of a coupe with the character of a convertible, achieving beauty with the top open or closed.


Inspired by the strokes of Japanese calligraphy, the roof not only offers the utmost refinement when operating, but also has slight pause between the button-activated command to lower the roof and the moment when mechanical movement commences.
The roof material is also multi-layered, making it effective in blocking out unwanted noise. This combines with Active Noise Control and the generous use of sound insulation and absorption techniques to suppresses unwanted noise and unpleasant sound frequencies in the cabin. A transparent polycarbonate wind deflector also aids to suppress wind flow inside the cabin, further raising quiet levels.
The Lexus LC Convertible utilises a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine mated to a DirectShift-10 speed automatic transmission for linear, yet invigorating acceleration. The engine's 470bhp output and 540Nm of torque deliver a zero to 100km/h sprint time of 4.9 seconds, and a maximum speed of 270km/h.
A sound generator is used to transmit engine intake sounds through the dash panel, while an exhaust valve enhances sound at the rear, for optimum aural enjoyment, even with the roof down.
The Lexus LC Convertible utilises a Mark Levinson Reference Surround Sound System. With an 11-channel amplifier that drives 13 speakers, including speakers integrated into the rear seat headrests, for the finest sound replication of the position and depth of each instrument.
The system also automatically adjusts the sound architecture in real-time to deliver optimum audio quality whether you have the top open or closed.
The car is additionally equipped with the Standard Lexus Safety System+ suite of safety systems, and Active Roll Bars to protect occupants in an accident or rollover.
Also now available is the flagship Lexus LS. The new car arrives here with a new exterior colour - Gin-Ei Luster - and interior styling inspired by traditional Japanese crafts.
The new Lexus LS is now equipped with high-grade LED adaptive headlights with BladeScan technology. Also changed at the front is a new colour for the grille mesh, now a dark metallic for a classier appearance for a more elegant appearance.
Lexus' Engineers have focused on elevating the sedan’s levels of comfort, quietness, and overall refinement to help balance a range of new dynamic improvements dictated by the new Lexus Driving Signature.
The LS' air suspension now offers a new access mode, which automatically raises the vehicle by 30mm to make ingress and egress easy.
Lexus' engineers have also sought advice from professional Japanese Shiatsu masseurs in order to develop the programmes for the car's relaxation seats.
The system utilises newly developed pneumatic system that inflates and deflates air bladders integrated into the seatback and seat cushion. These are inflated to strategically apply pressure to the occupant's body, while also applying warmth to the targeted areas
The ultra-luxury variant also features more than 1,000mm of rear leg room. A power ottoman at the rear seats will also provide generous support to the lower legs so the occupant can relax in refined comfort.
The seats can additionally be reclined up to 48 degrees (largest angle in the segment) and can be raised up to 24 degrees to assist the rear-seat passenger when exiting the vehicle. An 11.6-inch display at the rear will automatically adjust with the seat position to maintain an excellent angle for easy viewing.
A twin turbocharged 3.5-litre V6 is paired with a 10-speed automatic in the Lexus LS. 415bhp and 600Nm or torque will offer a century sprint time of 5.0 seconds. A 353bhp 3.5-litre hybrid is also available. Lexus states this model will offer a fuel economy of 14.9km/L.
