In the second round of bidding for August, Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices rose across all private car categories.

More buyers could have been persuaded to make their purchases in these last two weeks, in leiu of the various National Day offers given by dealers across the long weekend. This could also explain the rise in bids received this session when compared to the last.
