Honda Civic Type R prototype premieres at Tokyo Auto Salon

The all new Honda Civic Type R has made its first public appearance as a prototype at the Tokyo Auto Salon, Japan's premiere high-performance and custom car show.

Fresh from testing at the Suzuka Circuit, the vehicle sports a specially designed camouflage, and makes it appearance alongside a newly released action-packed test-driving video, so visitors to the exhibition can go behind the scenes with Honda engineers and experience the development of Type R. The car will make a full official unveiling this year.
