Lotus Singapore has announced that it has already has the highest percentage of its allocation of Emiras already accounted for within the APAC and Middle East.

Lotus Cars Singapore has announced that it has the largest percentage of its allocation of the 3.5-litre variant of the Emira already accounted for when compared against the rest of the Asia Pacific region as well as the Middle East.

The firm states that this strong demand means there is now a two-year long waiting list for the car for potential new owners in Singapore. Nearly 90% of global production orders for the Emira have also been filled since it was first announced in July 2021 for pre-bookings.

A total of 25 units of the Emira have already been reserved by their eager owners-to-be here in Singapore
Powered by a 3.5-litre V6 set to get up to 395bhp in First Edition trim, the Emira is said to be the last of the firm's petrol-powered internal combustion engine models, with the production run of the Exige, Elise, and Evora models all recently ended at the firm's production site in Hethel.

An 'i4' variant of the Lotus Emira will also be available globally starting from the middle of 2022, powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder from Mercedes-AMG.

Those looking to get their hands on the 2022 Lotus Emira can do so by visiting the Lotus showroom at 45 Leng Kee Road, Wearnes Tower, Level 5, or contacting Wearnes Singapore at 6430 4923.
