Peugeot has added two new cars to its fully electric lineup, the e-308 and e-308 SW which will be powered by a 156bhp motor with 399 kilometres of range.

Peugeot has introduced the chic looking all-electric 308 and 308 SW, which will be powered by a brand-new electric powertrain which pushes 156bhp. The new 54kWh high-voltage battery provides a WLTP 399km of range.

The cars can charge at speeds of up to 11kW via an alternating current source, while drivers will also be able to benefit from 100kW DC fast charging charging, powering the battery from 20% to 80% capacity in less than 25 minutes.

The Peugeot e-308 interior is standard fare Peugeot, which is a good thing as this means a cockpit-like, driver oriented feel
Onto the interior, the Peugeot e-308 and e-308 SW will offer the latest generation of Peugeot's i-Cockpit with a compact, heated steering wheel and a head-up display which can be customised and configured.

Both cars also sport Peugeot's bold new face with fang-shaped lights framing the Matrix LED headlamps on GT variants. The new Peugeot badge is also present on the centre of the grille.

For maximum aerodynamic efficiency to optimise performance, a new 18-inch aluminium wheel has also been developed specifically for the pair of fully electric Peugeot 308s.
