This model marks the partnership with the double Formula E champion who's involved in the development of future designs and the acceleration of the electrification strategy.
The one-off DS 4 E Tense 225 Performance Line + possesses a sleek Satin Anthracite Grey paintwork The car's exterior was a result of work carried out by DS Design Studio Paris. With this design, the team was committed to recreating the directions given by the driver.
The bi-tone finish subtly combines a new Satin Anthracite Grey with a Lacquered Black on the roof which extends to the bonnet, a first in a production DS. This is enhanced with carbon trim applied to the bottom of the doors, the rear bumper and the front splitter. The bonnet badge features the 'JEV' logo, which signs off the design.
This DS 4 has a 221bhp plug-in hybrid powertrain, which DS claims was built from the expertise of DS Performance and its four titles (Drivers and Teams) won in the 2019 and 2020 Formula E Championships, enabling it to achieve up to 56km in zero emissions mode.
