Ford is clearly confident in the abilities of its F-150 Lightning - it has now announced that it will be offering the all-electric truck for the first time in Norway - widely described as the most advanced electric vehicle market in the world.
Ford states that the move comes following impassioned consumer demand for the pickup in Norway, and it, accordingly, will be bringing to market a limited number of Launch Edition F-150 Lightnings to Norway, all in the high-specification 'Lariat' trim. The 'Lariat' trim is the second highest of the four trims of the Ford F-150 Lightning offered in the U.S.A.
The trucks will additionally be offered in Norway exclusively with the Super Crew Cab body style which comes complete with four full-size doors, as well as the Antimatter Blue metallic body colour.
The Ford F-150 Lightning will be sold in Norway through its network of more than 70 specialised Ford EV dealers. Ford announced last year that it is targeting zero emissions for all vehicle sales in Europe and carbon neutrality across its European footprint of facilities, logistics and suppliers by 2035.
