The ES90 is Volvo's new flagship electric saloon, and it will be available with a single-motor rear-wheel drive setup in the Plus and Ultra trims.
Volvo has started production of the sleek new ES90 as deliveries are set to start for European markets come 2025.
In addition to being a fully electric car with zero tailpipe emissions, the ES90 is largely built with recycled materials.
Combining the qualities of a sedan, fastback, and an SUV, the ES90 is the first Volvo car with 800V technology and offers a WLTP range of up to 700km.
The high voltage architecture will allow the ES90 to add 300km of range with just 10 minutes of charging at a 350kW fast charging station.
