Audi has released two German exclusive editions for the A1, the A1 amplified red and amplified white in both coupe and sportback variants. The new editions are based on the Ambition line and combine exclusive features.
Like the names suggest, the amplified red is painted in Misano Red pearl effect, while the amplified white is painted in Glacier White metallic. Both are equipped with an extensive amount of equipment extras building on three different levels.
The first level is known as amplified. The roof line, S line roof spoiler, exterior mirror housings and single-frame grille are finished in high-gloss black and sit on 17-inch alloy wheels in a five-arm design. A matt, transparent film is applied on the engine hood, roof and rear hatch. On the inside the air vent sleeves are finished in body colour, black sport seats with Parade Red (for the amplified red) or Rock Grey (for the amplified white) stitching and floor mats highlighted in matching colours.
The second level is called amplified plus. The interior is upgraded by a black headliner, LED lights and a colour coordinated ignition key. The center console and interior mirror housing are painted in body colours with stainless steel caps for the pedals and foot rest. The exterior feature add-ons from the aerodynamics competition kit, and LED taillights. A dark glossy diffuser integrates twin left sided matt black tailpipes - For engine output higher than 104bhp.
The final level called amplified advanced, is exclusive for A1 models with over 120bhp of engine output and covers the interior with the S line sport package. Audi has installed S sport seats with black upholstery in Silk Nappa leather and feature stitching finished in Parade Red or Dark Silver. The seat back shells and floor mats are painted in high-gloss Misano Red or Glacier White with darkened glass at the rear for privacy. The add-on aerodynamic parts and roof wing are both painted in high-gloss black. Xenon plus headlights and matt 18-inch wheels in "Rotor" design complete the top level package.
The A1 amplified edition starts at S$3,181, till S$11,174.
