Audi claims that the A8 Hybrid is able to go from 0-100km/h in 7.6 seconds, with a top speed of 235km/h. Fuel consumption is quoted at 6.2 litres per 100km, while the car is able to travel in electric mode alone up to a speed of 65km/h, for a distance of about 2 kilometres.
The A8 Hybrid car showcased at the Geneva Motor Show also boasts several unique design features, such as 21-inch, two-colour alloy wheels, a special paint job and a "Powermeter" that shows the energy flow in the instrument cluster.
