Those looking for a classic Mini converted to run on electric power now have a new option to consider.
David Brown Automotive, British manufacturer of limited edition automobiles such as this Mini Remastered Marshall Edition, has revealed a new Mini eMastered.
As you might have guessed from such a name, this new offering brings local emissions-free, all-electric motoring to the classic Mini, alongside David Brown Automotive's world-leading expertise in bespoke luxury.
The converted Mini weighs in at just 640kg, and utilises a 97bhp electric motor that produces 175Nm of torque which allows it to complete the century sprint in just 8.5 seconds (That's actually faster than the 7.3 seconds that this MINI Electric will take to complete the same sprint). Top speed for the Mini eMastered is 149km/h.
Not as great as the MINI Electric, however, is the WLTP range of the Mini eMastered, which stands at only 177km thanks to its tiny 18.8kWh battery. Charging this battery can only be done via an alternating current charger and is capped at 6.6kW.
As with every David Brown Automotive creation, owners can indulge in an extensive array of bespoke for their very own Mini eMastered, ensuring that each car is a truly personalised and exclusive driving experience.
