Got eight minutes to spare? Why not catch the just-released opening cinematic for Gran Turismo 7?
It's mighty tasty, with a short run through of various groundbreaking moments in history, followed by footage of a Porsche Panamera being manufactured, and then three minutes of high definition in-game footage, staring cars such as the new Nissan Z and Suzuki Swift Sport, to perineal classics such as the Mercedes-Benz 300SL and the Volkswagen Beetle.
Series Producer for Gran Turismo 7, Kazunori Yamauchi, states that the opening cinematic is intended to "paint a picture that could summarise the history of the relationship between cars, people, and society over the last 150 years." We think he's done a mighty job at that.
