Audi will present the four rings at this tournament in the form of a fleet of Audi A8, Audi S8 and Audi Q7s. This undertaking continues Audi's long and successful commitment to golf at top-tier international tournaments.

The 2009 HSBC Women's Champions boasts the strongest field ever assembled for a women's golf tournament in Asia. The 78-player line up features all but three of the world's top 40 players, and includes every titleholder from the 2008 LPGA season.

World number one Lorena Ochoa returns to defend her title this year. In 2008 Ochoa routed the field, claiming an 11-shot victory over now-retired Annika Sorenstam. Audi is a sponsor of reigning champion Ochoa, having supported her since the beginning of her career. Audi is the official car in all her professional tournaments; and she drives an Audi S4 as her personal vehicle.

The four-day tournament tees off on 5 March at the Tanah Merah Country Club, with the 78 players vying for the prize money of USD 2 million.
