it easy to maintain in high speed corner.
need to spend little bit money to go fast.
proton need more to upgrade in engine wise.

Well, basically it's the first car I had. A Malaysia make but pack with lotus handling and Renault D4F engine, Clio engine to be exact.

I have bought the car in March `09. It is working fine. Only minor issues. Lucky the customer service at Teban Garden is helpful. The service is good... After getting the car, I look for visor for the 4 doors. Not many places, have the visor for Savvy. Without the visor, the car look so bare. Now, it look more sporty.

I own a Savvy manual. It is saving and easy to maintain, spare part can find in malaysia. Good handling and cornering. Need to change to sport rims to look better than a stock. No need to modified. It is a nice car comfortable and reliable. Powerful need to put some as it is easy to handle. It has a little bit of jerking when it is in 1st gear. For better performance, need to seek for advice from professionals.

Have just passed my class 3 and wanted a small car ro start with and within the my budget. Have been scout the net and finally chosen to test drive the SAVVY. A good friend of my test driven the Savvy. During the test of the AMT version 06, the SE keep telling us the jerking from 1 to 2 gear, sound insulation and others drivers might not used to it but as i am a rider all this are small problem as i getting a OPC version time spend in car is so less so no problems to me. The SE dun rush me to buy instead tell me to think over it and we calculated the cost and insurance to be paid for the first month. though i cant fork out now he pass me his Name card and told me about Savvy R3 stuff. 2 thumbs up for his EXL service.

Savvy is good when cornering. It has a special "Z" shape at the door... Interior is ok, for a budget car (You pay for a price for good material make interior) and behind is not a power window (it is good, as eletrical component is expensive, when come to repair. Sometime, manual save $).. Air-con is powerful.. It look sporty with spoiler, 15" sport rim and also the fog lamp.. Body is heavy build, which is stable when cruising... Gearshift is smooth, though, at first, it is slight heavy. Maybe, new car .. The Logo has changed to Black and Silver (Nice logo).. The service staff , give a good service..

I just got the Savvy. "Energy Orange" is the new color. Body is heavy which is good for handling. Gearshift is hard, getting used to it. Comes with 15" sport rim, full leather seat, solar film, spoiler, fog lamp, reverse sensor... All in one. It has a sporty look. It has a cooling fan when the car engine is off. It is to cool down the engine. It will go off after awhile. It is one of the features. It is a budget car. The sale and the supporting staff team are quick to my problem. I have a minor leather and windscreen issue. They settle them fast and follow up all the way. A good after-sale service.

Its a pity Proton SG doesn't import the high line 08 models with 2 airbags and ABS models like those in MY. Significant change to the exterior is there's no curving line on the front grille and rear boot. Reliable SOHC 1.2 engine. Should fitted with airbag as standard. Quite powerful for a 1.2 car.

Minus the wheel bearing problem, This car perform well for 1.2 cars. The Auto need to rectify the jerky problem. Otherwise it's a good car to consider. Rear tailight look weird. Badly need facelift for 09. Spare part can be quite ex cause using Renault engine. Overall the manual worth considering.

Good petrol consumption.

This is one of the best fuel efficient car I have driven. Nice sporty exterior, and have a sporty interior feel too.

The handling of this car is quite responsive and it gives a sense of confidence when you drive tru wavy roads. I also was made aware of its solid body when I caught the evening news of a car that plunged into a backyard and end up resting on its top and realised that it was a savvy!

A cute yet sporty type of vehicle which can zip from Singapore to Malacca easily, without any worries.
