Volkswagen Touran

Bought this in Nov 2013. I was initially satisfied with the car, until I hit around 16k mileage when the gearbox started to judder at low gears. Sent it in and was told that the gearbox had failed the clutch adaption test. Changing of gearbox was just the first of many parts which were subsequently replaced. Parts changed under warranty thus far (car age of only 2.5 years) : clutch plates, left coil springs, steering rack, stabilisation bar, top mount and bearing, temperature sensor. Some abnormal steering noises remain and the technical team just brushed it aside as normal operating noises. Poor after sales service is a recurrent problem despite many promises given by their company. After all, if a company cheats in emissions testing, I really can't expect that much from them.
