Interior is very utilitarian, very different from what you find in an mpv even when compared to the caddy mpc. It has many flimsy and scratchy bits around the cabin. These loose bits rattle around when going over bumps and undulations. It does have decent performance, much better than 3 cylinder engines found in the 216i and c4 picasso. The powertrain is refined and delivers good enough acceleration even when fully loaded. It has a great suspension which soaks up undulations well.

The $95k starting price is deceiving as its for a weekend car. Opt for the normal car and you'll end up topping up an extra $30k. For $135k starting price, you would rather opt for a proven Japanese car.

This is one of the best vehicles I have seen and driven. Size-wise, it is bigger than Toyota Alphard. I have some reserve when it come to China-made vehicle, but after driving it for a while now, I find that it drove really well.
So all the negativity of Chinese vehicles flew right out the window.
Driven it in Malaysia and Singapore. Would definitely recommend people to buy one.

Captains chairs on second row, brown leather everywhere, 2.0 T engine. The space is immense even with the third row up, it has 2500 litres. No direct competitors i would say. Perhaps caddy maxi? Toyota voxy, noah, esquire? All these cannot measure up to the sheer size of the g10. Although made in china, should try out before brushing it away.If you like driving boats, or cruises, u may like this maxus because the steering wheel is around the same as those in ships. As in feedback, feel, reponse. Indeed pretty comfy with five-link suspension at the rear, should try it out but a nono for me as my office is near chinatown square and the MSCP height limit 1.8m.
