Poor service
Collected car end Oct 2024. During handover already detect issues with car, sales convinced to sign and address issues. More issues pop up and have already been to service center multiple times since with no resolution. Sales not contactable. Customer service don't reply via email. Called aftersales and was informed no action can be taken from their end. Total disappointment with the lack of service and follow up. Would not recommend.... Read More

I will think twice before getting anything from Skoda's dealership. Constant lack of parts and poor after sales service. Fun car to drive but all these experiences won't matter when the after sales is horrible... Read More
