Decent product, atrocious aftersales
Skoda used to have a great product, but not too sure about now. The current generation gearbox seems to have alot of issues which were not present in the previous generation. The 2018-2021 models were definitely more reliable.
However, the aftersales from skoda centre is really budget airline standard. Despite your car being stock, their playbook to reject your warranty is (1) pretend they cant hear/feel anything. It's the driver's issue that you are hearing things experiencing vibrations and (2) threatening you that you cant claim warranty because you serviced your car outside. But seriously, what's the point of servicing with them when the people who claim they know your car best are actually incompetent and the epitome of "act blur live longer"?
Change the distributor, and Skoda may just have a decent value proposition.... Read More
Poor service
Collected car end Oct 2024.
During handover already detect issues with car, sales convinced to sign and address issues.
More issues pop up and have already been to service center multiple times since with no resolution.
Sales not contactable.
Customer service don't reply via email.
Called aftersales and was informed no action can be taken from their end.
Total disappointment with the lack of service and follow up.
Would not recommend.... Read More
