Komoco Vehicle Quality & Customer Service
Most reviews talks about the Car itself, let me share something different: Firstly, it is my first attempt to try a Korean Hyundai Tucson SUV then, after owning various Jap & Conti cars. Frankly, It was abit sceptical on vehicle's quality initially, however after 9 years of driving it, I can state it's a Very Good quality car in terms of hardware, software & features which I am proudly sharing it now. Customer service - Mr Ishmael & team never fail me throughout these years, prompt & attentive whenever I have slightest issues arise. Great work guys & keep it up. Guess this car will still stay with me for the 10th year (1st car I owned kept for 10yrs) & happy to share the great works by the Sales & Service team. Cheers & thumbs up.... Read More
N-line feel good
After driving the N-line for 6 months I was motivated to share my experience. Coming from an X-tral, the car is quiet, quick off the start, feature rich and overall comfortable and nice handling. The rear seat legroom is less than the x-trail but no spec is larger. The fake suede seats was initially a concern as we are wanted full leather but the n-line came like it is. It turns out it was good for our weather as it does not get hot when park under the sun. The Krell sound was good but not outstanding, you see this on the other youtube reviews as well. after the break in, I was getting about 14+ km/l. We made a trip to Cameron highlights with top over in KL and PD, on average I got about 15-16 km/l. The car came with many features which was why we got it over the Rav4, Harrier or even the audi Q4. The sun roof was better than the x-trail, the solar screen is way better compared to the x-trail. With the x-trail, we could feel the sun heat coming when we open the screen but the tucson it was tolerable and if not mid day, even comfortable. There are 2 down side so far, 1 the gear change may be slow in some situation, it dose not down shift from cruising to quick acceleration, or shift to higher gear when I accelerate then relax the padel. The other thing is that the emergency brake happens too aggressively, if a car suddenly cuts in front of me closely it brakes hard which I think was unnecessary.... Read More
