One of the best value for money Cat A EVs
Traded in my Note E-power for the Aion V Luxury and the difference is huge (literally). Not the fastest EV on the road but the instant torque makes up for it is more than sufficient for SG roads. Suspension is on the softer side so I don't feel super confident around sharp bends but it soaks up bumps very well. The noise insulation is excellent. Very comfortable car to drive. Loads of tech and build quality is good.
PS. I swapped out the Maxxis stock tyres for Yokohama Advan DB v553 tyres and it is so much quieter!... Read More
AION V Premium is awesome
Bought the AION V Premium in Dec 2025 before the last 2025 COE bidding. Thus far definitely a good decision, especially with the VINCAR Circle stuff (although some quite gimmicky) and the 10-year free servicing. This was 8NG and it's only 2-year free servicing for 8NG now ๐ฅฒ
Coming from a tiny 1.2 ICE vehicle, this has been a major upgrade in every single way.

SA was also decent and not overly pushy. Didn't throw in much freebies but still I found it was a good price compared to the other EVs.
What really sealed the deal is seeing many of these on the road in Shanghai. If it can handle the situation there, it can definitely handle Singapore lol.... Read More
