Rolls-Royce has marked the 144th birthday of co-founder Honarable Charles Stewart Rolls on 27 August 2021 by taking a pilgrimage around London, stopping at a few locations associated with the great man’s life and career and capturing striking images of the Ghost at each stop along the way for us to look at.
The locations include 35 Hill Street, Mayfair, the Hon Charles Stewart Rolls was born, and 119 Piccadilly, the address at which Rolls co-founded in 1901 with Frank Hedges Butler.
The Ghost also stopped at 14-15 Conduit Street, the West End headquarters of Rolls-Royce Ltd for much of the 12th century, and Berkeley Street, currently serving as the site of Rolls-Royce's flagship U.K. store.
