Volvo's first all-electric vehicle, the XC40 Recharge Pure Electric, is now available to order from Wearnes Singapore.
The car comes equipped with two 201bhp electric motors at either axle, delivering a combined output of 402bhp. Combined system torque meanwhile, is 660Nm. All that power is enough to take the compact crossover to 100km/h from a standstill in just 4.9 seconds.
Charging at a 7.4kW charger will take 12 hours to fully top the 78kWh battery of the XC40 Recharge Pure Electric The XC40 Recharge Pure Electric stores its power within a 78kWh battery (75kWh net), delivering a claimed 418km range.
This all-electric version also stands apart from the other XC40 variants thanks to its unique covered grille up front, and 'Recharge' badging embossed on its C-pillars. The car also comes with 20-inch five-spoke diamond cut alloy rims.
You also get as standard a Black Stone contrast roof, alongside Gloss Black roof rails, door mirror covers and side window surrounds.
And on the inside, you'll find a panoramic sunroof, aluminium sport pedals, as well as a 12.3-inch driver display and a 9.0-inch centrally-mounted infotainment display, which runs the firm's latest Android-powered infotainment equipped with Google apps and services built-in.
