Audi continues cleanup effort of Danube River

Audi has reported that the Audi Enviromental Foundation, together with green startup everwave and German cosmetics manufacturer Babor Beauty Group, has come together for the second time to collect garbage from the Daubue River.
This time, they have been joined by the Porsche Ferry Foundation, and the quartet's garbage collection boat has already operated for five weeks to clear the Olt River, which feeds into the Danube. A total of 40 boatloads of garbage has been cleared this time, comprising mainly of improperly disposed plastic bottles, bags and construction materials.
Come 28 April 2022, the four partners will once again repeat this cleanup action in Ingolstadt, Stuttgart, and Aachen - the cities where their respective headquarters are located - to raise awareness about the consequences of environmental pollution there as well.
