  • Rolls-Royce opens world-first Private Office in Dubai

The new Private Office will allow Rolls-Royce to better interact with its clients and aid them along their commissioning journey.

Want to commission a bespoke Rolls-Royce but not quite sure just which wood veneer you'd like on your dashboard?

There's now help at hand. Rolls-Royce has introduced a world-first Private Office in Dubai, U.A.E. An extension of the marque's world-renowned centre of luxury manufacturing excellence in Goodwood, the Private Office will facilitate even closer contact between the firm and its clients.

Customers will be able to specify their vehicle at the Private Office, aided by a selection of physical samples and with assistance from the marque's staff
Here, Rolls-Royce states, skilled and experienced experts will consult with clients to discover their dreams and learn about them as individuals in order to aid them along in creating a wonderful masterpiece that reflects their tastes and desires.

Staff here will assess each client's unique profile and their range of preferences, desires, and ergonomic needs, and from there, the bespoke team will then gauge each personality, assess colour palettes and moods, extract ideas from conversations and imagery, all to create a thoughtful, accurate and befitting product response, reflective of the client's own personality and desires.

Aided by physical samples and a pre-briefing, the Private Office will also offer clients the opportunity to look at initial options using visual tools designed to spark conversation. The luxurious physical space within the facility borrows design elements, including colours and materials, from its Goodwood counterpart to help support clients creative focus.

The customer experience at the Private Office will be led by Rolls-Royce's first appointed Bespoke Client Experience Manager outside Goodwood, Chris Hardy
Once a design direction has been agreed upon, clients will be given an opportunity to discuss the details of their commission directly with the engineers and craftspeople who are bringing their ideas to fruition at each critical point in its creation.

But that's not all. The team at the Rolls-Royce Private Office will also personally present its clients with not only with their completed motor car, but an additional hardcopy keepsake of the commissioning process by way of a Bespoke Build Book, enabling the clients to remember, relive and commemorate the journey.

Interested? The Rolls-Royce Private Office Dubai is located at The Offices 4, One Central, and is welcoming clients now. But if you'd rather commission your Rolls-Royce with all the necessary assistance in another country then take heart: Rolls-Royce states this Private Office in Dubai is but the first of a number of similar facilities already planned for the major luxury capitals of the world, which will materialise within the next few years.
