  • Jaguar I-PACE gets design updates for 2023

Jaguar has updated the I-PACE for 2023 with a host of design changes, alongside two new metallic paint options, maintaining the electric SUV's modern look.

The all-electric Jaguar I-PACE is set to get a host of design enhancements for 2023.

Up front, the grille of the Jaguar I-PACE now has been redesigned with a smoother form, finished in striking Atlas Grey. Replacing the previous gloss black lozenge pattern, this new design gives a simpler, cleaner finish to the front of the vehicle. A new black and silver Jaguar badge also now sits within this grille.

All wheels offered as standard on the Jaguar I-PACE are now diamoned-turned
The same Atlas Grey is also applied to the vertical blades at the outside of the front apertures. This sit within alongside the front bumper finishers, which, together with the lower door finishers and rear diffuser, are now finished in body-colour instead of Glss Black for a more refined design.

Lower down, all trims of the Jaguar I-PACE will also now be offered with diamond-turned rims, while up top, those that opt for the I-PACE in the U.K.-only 400 Sport trim will also get a tailgate spoiler. This 400 Sport trim I-PACE will also come with air suspension and Jaguar's Adaptive Dynamics electronically-controlled damping as standard.

Customers will also now be able to opt for their Jaguar I-PACE in satin paints for the first time, either in Eiger Grey or Carpathian Grey.

A new smooth grille sits at the front of the Jaguar I-PACE, complete with a black and silver Jaguar badge
This updated Jaguar I-PACE continues to come powered by electric motors at both axles, offering a total output of 394bhp and to offer a peak of 696Nm torque. This output will see the electric SUV accelerating from zero to 100km/h in just 4.8 seconds, and up to a maximum speed of 200km/h.

All this power comes courtesy of a 90kWh battery in the Jaguar I-PACE. This battery can be charged at speeds of up to 100kW via a direct current source, allowing owners to add up to 127km of range in just 15 minutes of charging.
