Rolls-Royce is already looking to the Geneva Motor Show in March 2013, with the announcement and teaser of a new model.
Essentially a Ghost coupe, this new model will embrace a name from the company's past, which is the revived Wraith. According to the automaker, the Wraith Ghost Coupe will be the most powerful production car yet and one should "expect the boldest design" and "the most dramatic performance" from the model.
Under the hood it will probably inherit the same V12 6.6-litre twin-turbo engine which develops 608bhp - a slight increase over the 570bhp output from the sedan version. The luxurious high performance coupe will be able to do the 0-100km/h sprint in under 4.7 seconds.
Its wheelbase will be approximately 180mm shorter than the sedan's 3,295mm, while the overall length will be of around 5,200mm. The Rolls-Royce Wraith is expected to tip the scales at about 2,300 kg.
There will be more buzz to come from this model, with more teasers set to be released in Feb.
