Rolls-Royce has dropped the first official teaser image for the coupe variant of the Ghost model - the Wraith. Judging from the teaser image, the Ghost coupe seems to follow a shooting brake or Sportback styling unlike the larger Phantom Coupe.
The Wraith name was lastly applied to older generations of Rolls-Royce cars that were manufactured from 1938 to 1939 with a production run of 492 cars.
Signature Rolls-Royce elements like the long hood following the spirit of ecstasy hood ornament are still present, but the sharply styled roofline and what seems to be a spoiler does raise some eyebrows and makes us wonder if styling inspirations have come from the Bentley Continental GT.
Guess we'll just have to wait till official details are out.
