Awesome pug to drive!
Read numerous reviews about the 3008 before purchasing it and most of them were negative reviews. They were mainly about the styling of the car and the horrible gearbox.
Been driving the car for about a week plus now and I must say I'm loving it to bits! The gearbox is quite smooth when changing up and a little jerky when changing down.. But that's about it! The interior of the car has received positive feedbacks from my friends, saying how much they love the moonroof and the centre console of the car.
Fuel consumption is not as good as the dealer claims but it's still acceptable after all its a heavy car plus it's using diesel.. So not a big problem for us!

French Delight
Went to have a look at the new 308SW and it is the elder brother that caught my eyes instead. Exterior looks cool and the interior really blew me away. Once seated in the driver's seat, I feel like I am in a cockpit with the multiple controls on the centre console. Some may feel that it is complicated but for myself, simply adore it and the bulky centre console makes it looks better. Test drive it and the drove was unexpectedly good. Can feel the power when you actually go harder on the accelerator and the SE mentioned turbo kicks in at around 1800rpm. Normal cruising at 90km/h, RPM below 2000rpm. Cool.
Only complain is the unknown reliability of a french car. At the pricing, there should be thousands and thousands on the road but seldom see them, must have a reason behind...May take the plunge considering the total package.... Read More
