MG S5 EV

I have been driving the MG S5 EV for about one month now. So far, the experience has been great. Before I make this purchase, I was considering between MG S5 EV, BYD Atto 3, GAC Aion V. Each of these cars has their own pros and cons. Ultimately, I went for MG S5 EV primarily because I think this car is the best value-for-money Cat A SUV in the market. Some tips/info for new owner or potential owner: 1. The MG Pilot suite has Intelligent Speed Limit Assist (ISLA), which utilizes the windscreen camera to read roadside speed signs. It displays the detected limit on your dashboard and can actively adjust or restrict your vehicle's speed to match. This can be quite annoying especially for driver like me who often drive slightly above the speed limit. Can use the MG Pilot Custom to turn off any settings that we don't like. However, the drawback is we must do this every time we start the car. This is the biggest irk for me. 2. One pedal drive mode is not necessary the most efficient way to drive or to achieve the best range. From my experience and my driving style, I can achieve best range by using the "Strong" regenerative breaking mode. Generally, the efficiency that I could achieve is about 14.5kWh - 15kWh /100km. 3.
