12V battery failed 1 week after 12 months warranty. Something has to be done to improve the 12V battery life.
I have driven the Omoda E5 for slightly more than 1 year and the 12V battery died 1 week after the 12 months warranty by Vertex. Was it that I am unlucky or this is a common issue for all the Omoda E5? Based on my previous new cars ownership for ICE car, the 12V battery warranty coverage is 24 months..... When this 12V battery failed, everything came to a stall.....you need to pry open your FOB to get the mechanical key, use the mechanical key to open the cabin door and access the opening of the bonnet to change the 12V battery....
