Lotus is set to premiere its new all-electric SUV, to be called the Lotus Eletre, come 2:30am Singapore time on 30 March 2022.
The name Eletre - pronounced 'El-etra' - is said to mean 'Coming to Life' in some Eastern European languages, and is described as the first lifestyle electric vehicle from the firm. The name was first revealed in central London as a bespoke yellow cube containing the car made its way up the River Thames on a specially commissioned boat.
