Best Car I have driven
Got the car after selling my Passat. I renewed the car for 5 years after getting it pre owned. The only regret is I didn't renew for 10 years. I sold it last month for a C180 because of the rising COE and my car is due for scrap in 2023. C180 is comfortable but noting beat the V6 of mark x. Brilliant car with minimal maintenance needed. Only change my tyres, radiator fan and battery during the 4 years I owned.... Read More
Great value sporty family saloon
Gotten the markx at slightly over $85k when COE was low.
Coming from the great handling JDM Honda Accord CL7, we placed high hope on the handling of the mark-x.
The first impression of the car was its soft suspension and weak brakes, thus some modifications were done to improve on the handling.
Upgrades:
215/60/R16 tyres was changed to 225/45/R18 ADVAN tyres.
Project Mu slotted rotors and sport pads.
Tanabe coilovers.
After the upgrading were done, the handling improved drastically and able to take on corners like a mad-man.
No complain from passengers for long trips up north despite the coilover changed.... Read More
