ERP rates now published on gantries

The Land Transport Authority has, after much cajoling from the public, modified a number of existing gantries along central business district to incorporate a display that informs road users of the impending ERP charge should they pass under the gantry.

While this hopefully does not cause abrupt U-turns from drivers who realize they have an insufficient cash card balance, it does empower those who have a choice - to decide on whether the entry charge might be too expensive and therefore, change their intended direction of travel.
