Hamann's latest project - Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG Typhoon

For their latest creation, Hamann decided on a biturbo setup to boost performance figures to an impressive 600hp and 782Nm of torque. The Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG Typhoon is fitted with the Brabus G V12 S Biturbo kit that includes new electronics, larger belt pulley, and a re-engineered transmission with oil cooler.

All of it contributing to the Typhoon achieving a 0-100 km/h time of 5.1 seconds and a top speed of 261 km/h, making it one of the most powerful SUV's on the market today.

Hamann also took the time to customize the interior as well. They added carbon fiber mirrors, a custom Hamann steering wheel, 24 carbon fiber pieces, aluminum pedals, stainless steel door plates, door handles, velor upholstery, vents in the fenders, and a larger front grille.

On the outside, a six pipe exhaust system, 24-inch rims, and a roof mounted spoiler are the other modifications. A new front spoiler with LED daytime running lights is also offered as an option along with a rear bumper and diffuser.
