2010 could also see the Cayenne SUV being replaced, with the current Volkswagen-borrowed engine being re-engineered. The new Cayenne will feature a more curvaceous look and new engines, including the direct injection V8s from the Panamera and even a hybrid version, which will join the range in 2011.
The Panamera will also get a hybrid version around the same time, again with just rear-wheel-drive instead of four-wheel-drive. The American market could get a V8-powered Panamera hybrid, while the European market could get a small V6-powered version.
2012 would see the arrival of an all new 911, which will be developed from the ground up and share little with the current car. Longer and wider, the new 911 will also be more powerful and more fuel-efficient than ever.
Finally, in 2013, there will be a new smaller SUV to join the Cayenne in the Porsche lineup. Tipped to be called the Roxster, the new compact SUV is expected to share underpinnings with the Audi Q5. There will also be a new entry-level Porsche to slot in beneath the Boxster and Cayman models. Other models that are yet to be signed off include a future Panamera Cabriolet, and another model based on the Panamera.
