Audio in the MP3 and WMA formats can be accessed via an SD card slot located on the front of the unit.
The high-resolution TFT display enables maps to also be displayed in 2D or 3D. The RNS 510 can also show topographical map details. Together with the RNS 810 and RNS 850 radio navigation systems which are fitted as standard on the new Phaeton and new Touareg respectively, the availability of the RNS 510 on a wide range of models means more Volkswagen customers can now enjoy the convenience of touchscreen navigation in their cars.
